Chapter 1
A lamb was raised in a pasture from birth. This lamb grew up with many other sheep under the care of one shepherd. Everyday this lamb and all other sheep were herded and watered as they fed on the various plants in the fields. This lamb fits right in with the other sheep, but as the lamb started to grow older, he started to stray, exploring and feeding on various plants, going against the direction of the shepherd. He loved snuggling up with the female sheep. A couple became very special to the lamb. During his time deviating into the pastures, he discovered and learned to love the berries from a common blue berry plant. Although these berries made him feel good and very happy, consuming the blue berries came at the expense of his healthy daily life. His position and status within the flock, his health, and his relationship with his female friends, all took a turn for the worst. During that time, he often looked up to the stars for a new direction in life. He thought something was fundamentally wrong with the way life worked under the care and direction of the shepherd. The shepherd and the rest of the flock felt the same about the lamb; something was fundamentally wrong with him. He was suddenly and abruptly expelled and cast from the sheepfold to wonder the wilderness.
Pose a Question:
What do you do when the girl you want, she doesn’t want you too? And What do you do, when she said she only wants to be friends with you?
Chapter 2
The lamb is out in the wilderness beginning his initial steps forward. There was a path carved in the rocks and on the desert floor that felt natural to follow. In doing so, the lamb found a familiar bush or tree where he took shelter. It was here where he gathered himself trying to determine whether to stay and live under the bush or move along the carved path to see what possibilities there might be for him. While doing his best to forget his old life and to start a new hopeful one, the lamb came across his favorite blueberry plant.
Pose a Question:
Does the lamb seek a shepherd to live under or does he withdraw and stay in the wilderness?
Chapter 3
The lamb is continuing his journey. He realizes that there are no shepherds around; he can go off and wonder and do whatever he wants in the wilderness. The bush where he sought shelter proved to be a solid place to call home. Our lamb became content with just eating blueberries while he tried to figure things out. He found that the blueberry plants grew on side trails. Trails that diverge from the main carved path. There were also redberry plants next to the blue ones; he began eating both the blue and the red berries. Both berries made the lamb feel good. There were many snakes that lived among the berry plants. They were interesting to the lamb, but the snakes did devious and naughty things to survive in the wilderness. So, the lamb got some new ideas about how to survive as well. No matter what happened to the lamb in the wilderness, he never took his eye off the stars which inspired him for a new life.
Question Posed: The lamb has already lost everything in his life, is he really going to continue in destruction by becoming a street person?
Chapter 4
Having a renewed sense of direction, the lamb did his best to make it back to the carved path, the right path. The lamb could still find red and blue berry plants on the carved path, but he did his best not to eat them because he knew it wasn't good for his health. Also, the lamb thought that there are patterns that present themselves in the stars of the night sky. But he could not figure out how to use those patterns to direct his path. The stars haven't really helped him find his way, but he did start to notice a gentle breeze in the hot and dry wilderness. This breeze gave him some hope and a new sense of purpose because the breeze seemed to bring with it strange occurrences in his environment. He noticed what seemed to be impossible events happening while he went about his way in the wilderness. For example, on several occasions, he saw his special female sheep girlfriend. He thought, there is no way that she could be in the wilderness with him; she is in the pastures with the shepherd. Co-occurring events like these kept piling up, which lead the lamb to believe that there was something extra ordinary going on in his life.
Mission: Gods beacon call; prayer answered?
Chapter 5
The Lamb left the comfort of the bush and went down the carved path laid out for him. The next bush down the path that he took shelter at had no red or blue berry plants that he enjoyed so much. His focus was now solely on the mysterious wind that was on his path. The wind and its effects on the environment were trying to tell him something. The lamb was convinced that if he followed the wind, it would lead him out of the wilderness and into a new life with green pastures. However, the wind led him down a side trail that veered upward. He was very reluctant to go because it looked challenging; a feat that he did not want to be a part of. He was headed for a narrow road with steep cliffs and high walls.
Mission: If God calls you to follow him, but you feel sick and unfit to follow because you don’t believe in being challenged; what then will you do?

Our lamb did not jump off the cliff atop the high and narrow side trail. Instead, he found his way back to the shelter of the bush he was calling home. With the wind still at his back, he was still determined to follow it. He was eating the blue and red berries again and soon diverged off the carved path and onto another side trail following the wind. While eating the berries and playing with the snakes on his way down this path, the wind at his back triggered a sense of purpose that he had never had before. He followed it so intently that it led him straight into a wall.
Chapter 7
Having suffered a severe head injury, it took the lamb a little while to realize that he was now under the care of a new shepherd who was herding several other sheep. He was now on the carved path which he noticed was straight and had high rocks that created a natural wall on both sides of the path. There were no red or blue berry plants to eat and there were no snakes on the path. Above all, it seemed there was no more breeze that was blowing on him and his environment like he witnessed before. He accepted his place under the care of his new shepherd and believed that if he was on the carved path, it may lead him to a new life he was hoping for.
Chapter 8
Walking down the carved path now and making strides in distance to a new future like never before, the lamb and the wind at his back are becoming like one. The stars were aligning, allowing him to have a better sense of where he was going in the wilderness. The wind was inspiring him to grow up smart and strong for when he made it to his new life. Just as he was feeling the greatest sense of hope and fulfillment for himself, the shepherd and all the other sheep in the flock noticed that there truly was a strong wind that was blowing only on the only black lamb of the group. At that moment, the lamb took a serious look at himself and realized that he was black, which explained why he was the only one with the wind at his back. At about that same time, a new shepherd came to the sheepfold to purchase the entire flock. The lamb was now under the direction and care of a mysterious new shepherd

Chapter 9
With the wind for truth and inspiration and the stars for direction and purpose, the lamb finds the will to live despite almost falling off the cliffs along the carved path. For reasons unknown, this mysterious shepherd does not like the black lamb and was very cruel and abusive to him causing the lamb to almost fall and die. The wind is always providing the lamb with a renewed sense of life. It's difficult to explain, but there is a promise that is guaranteed for a new life despite what the brutal conditions were for living under the oversight of the shepherd. To his surprise, there is a beautiful bird that follows the wind. Every now and then, this beautiful bird comes to the lamb to sing songs to him. The bird sang to the lamb and became a constant companion for him. As the high walled carved path narrowed and straightened, the lamb was certain that he was going to make it across the desert wilderness and into a new life with green pastures.
